아주대학교 Movelab은 교통시스템공학과 소재현 교수의 지도 하에 교통·모빌리티 측면의 자율주행 기술과 스마트모빌리티 서비스 운영기술 분야의 연구를 중점적으로 수행하고 있다. Movelab은 현재 다부처 자율주행기술개발혁신사업단의 ‘레벨4 자율주행자동차 테스트베드 기술개발(약칭’ 과제와 ‘자율주행자동차 법제도/규제 테스트(검증) 프레임워크 개발(약칭)’ 과제 및 국책연구원/지자체의 MaaS(Mobility-as-a-service, 통합이동서비스) 플랫폼 및 스마트모빌리티 관련 연구과제들을 수행 중이다.
연구팀은 최근 ‘자율주행 법규제 검증을 위한 매크로심 시나리오 데이터 입력 인터페이스’ 소프트웨어를 개발하여 한국저작권위원회에 등록한 바 있다. 또한, 한국항공대학교 김상현 교수 연구팀과 함께 2021년 12월 서울특별시에서 주최한 '모빌리티 허브 아이디어 공모전'에 “Seoul MISO Hub (Seoul Mobility Integration and Service Operation Hub)”라는 주제로 도전하여 우수상(2등, 일천만원 부상)을 수상하였다.
Ajou University’s Movelab is focusing on research on autonomous driving technology in the aspect of transportation and mobility and smart mobility service operation technology under the guidance of Professor Jae-Hyun So of the Department of Transportation System Engineering. The Movelab is currently working on the 'Level 4 autonomous vehicle test bed technology development (abbreviated)' task and the 'autonomous vehicle legal system/regulatory test (verification) framework development (abbreviation)' task of the Multi-ministerial Autonomous Driving Technology Development and Innovation Project Group. and national research institutes/local governmentsResearch projects related to MaaS (Mobility-as-a-service) platform and smart mobility are being carried out.
The research team recently developed the ‘MacroSim scenario data input interface for autonomous driving legal system verification’ software.It has been registered with the Korea Copyright Commission. In addition, in the 'Mobility Hub Idea Contest' hosted by Seoul Metropolitan City in December 2021 with the research team of Professor Sang-Hyun Kim of Korea Aerospace University, challenged with the theme of “Seoul MISO Hub (Seoul Mobility Integration and Service Operation Hub)” and won the Excellence Award (2nd place, 10 million won).
